IV.3 reacts with a low affinity receptor for the Fc of IgG (Fc?RII, CD32) that is expressed on human platelets, monocytes, granulocytes and B cells. IV.3 also cross-reacts with granulocytes and monocytes from peripheral blood lymphocytes from non-human primates.
Each lot of these antibodies has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human PBMCs such that 0.5μg (unconjugated, Biotin) or 5μl (conjugated) of these products are sufficient for staining 1 million cells in a 100μl staining volume or 100μl of whole blood. It is recommended to titrate antibody reactivity empirically for optimal performance. Do you need an antibody for an antigen you don't see on our website? Do you need a different conjugation than what we have listed? We have a wide selection of antigens with a variety of conjugations available. Please reach out to us at support@geneseesci.com.
